I may. She wouldn't happen to have a Christmas CD out, would she?

Thanks! I have a Christmas CD that features Appalachian-esque acoustic music. It's one of my favorites.

Yay! I like acoustic. And classical. And showtunes. And orchestral. And oldies. And pretty much everything except rap and hard rock and the stuff that leans towards it.

I think my favorite Christmas Carols are the ones that were recorded during the 40's. Great period of time for music. Gimme more of that brass section!

And Dean! And Jerry! Well, not so much Jerry, except in The Nutty Professor.

I got my hands on 'The Top 50 Christmas Carols' sung by...the Londonberry Choir...or something...a couple of years ago. I play those every chance I can.

Yeah...*sniff*...just a minute...*sniff*...okay, I'm better now...
I get to go home tonight, though!! Of course, it's a long three hour drive...but home is worth it! Hopefully I will be able to go to your site when I get there.

Home was great...I'm back in the desert now, though...
I was able to get some work done at home. I bricked up a portion of a wall in my kitchen. It looks great! But so much left to do...

So much to do, so little time. *shakes head* I know the feeling. My dad REALLY knows the feeling.

But my kitchen should have the feel of an old-world Italian pizza kitchen...only without the wood pizza oven...so sad...
But everything else will look great! I am even building a brick hearth over my cooktop!

oOOooh, shnazzy! Well......if you want the wood-fired pizza effect, you could always build a fire in the oven.....not sure if your wife would appreciate that idea, though.

Yeah! Probably don't want construction scraps, though, that tends to burn a little messy. Maybe mesquite or cedar or something. I wonder what they use in the real ovens....
