Rudy's Bar-B-Q and Country Store. The one I went to in Austin also doubles as a gas station. Even though the sign says it's the worst Bar-B-Q in Texas (I'm serious), it's probably the best. You should definitely try it at some point. Their website has a menu so you can read all about their delicious food: rudys.com

Their creamed corn is lovely.
Norwegian fiddle! Norwegian fiddle!!! Oh, pardon me, I was just listening to The Two Towers soundtrack and the Rohirrim theme always gives me shivers.

I've been a John Williams fan practically since "Jaws"! Probably the best neo-Classical composer out there right now.

One of the most requested--and highest priced--movie composers on the market!
...And for good reason!

Vegetarian...or Vegan?

Both. They're all fair game. That's why I made a point of writing about barbecue and beef tacos for Emily's workshop. ;D

Were there vegans in the workshop? Were you officially throwing down the 'red beef gauntlet'?

No, but E's little sister says she wants to become one. But she can't afford it, apparently. More like, writing about meat hoping it would make them squirm. I don't know if it worked or not....

Do you know that the average height of males in Korea has increased four inches since the introduction of the Western diet? Of course, I don't know how they're doing with heart disease...but everything in moderation...

Dutch?...Really?
...of course...I don't think I've met one...
